Less than 20-minute biscuit recipe aka Good morning Sunday morning
Preheat oven to 425
2 cups self-rising flour
A couple pinches of kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (not powder)
1/2 stick of melted butter
Few “around-the-bowl” squeezes of honey (to taste really)
Enough buttermilk (or regular milk or water) to make the whole thing wet (enough to mix but not pancake batter)
Drop onto ungreased baking sheet
Bake for 12-15 mins
